Enjoy an amazing workout with an incredible personal fitness trainer at Train 1 Feed 1. We take care of two needs with one deed. Through our personal training, boot camps and fitness training events you are helping yourself get fit, all while helping a person eat for the entire day at the same time! Training has never felt so good. We want to attract like-minded individuals who wish to commit to training as a way to give back and do good.

Individual Fitness Training

Make a positive change in the world through fitness. We take a one-on-one intimate approach to our training, with no two programs being alike. Very hands-on, the initial package includes an hour-long, individualized workout routine to help you have a physical, emotional, and spiritual awakening. You work out not only your body, but also your heart and soul, because you know that you are helping to create change. Nutritional guidance, wristbands, and a T-shirt are included. Reach out to your state ambassador 24/7 to schedule an appointment. We take 15% of each session or package sold and apply it in our efforts to end hunger. Each individual person will have a part in helping end hunger and obesity when they work with Train 1 Feed 1.

Mesolimbic Pathway

Working Your Mind - Mesolimbic Pathway

The Mesolimbic pathway, sometimes referred to as the reward pathway, is a dopaminergic pathway in the brain.

It releases dopamine into nucleus
-Dopamine is connected to motivation and arousal
It regulates incentive salience (I.e., Motivation and desire)

The brain is crazy complex but the neurochemical drivers of happiness are quite easy to identify. Dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin make up the happiness trifecta. Any activity that increases the production of these neurochemicals will cause a boost in mood. It’s really that simple. So if giving allows us to secrete all the chemicals at once why are we not doing this all day everyday? We owe it to our loved ones, our communities, and ourselves. We owe it to ourselves to give as often as possible! Anytime we step outside of ourselves long enough to help someone else, something wonderful is waiting for us when we return: the Happiness Trifecta neurochemicals are all boosted! Bangarang!

 


Personal Training Events

Make a difference through your workouts by attending our personal training events. Our events are raising awareness about the epidemics of obesity and poverty in the world. We want to help you and help others at the same time. All events will be advertised on social media and 50% of the proceeds go back to the community. Ideal for communities with large businesses, a portion of each ticket sold is used to feed up to a four-person family. We also provide shirts, wristbands and more to raise funds to help families and directly impact these areas. It's a win-win situation! We take 25-50% of each event and apply to our efforts to end hunger and obesity.

Sports teams, trainers, and gyms are welcome to talk to us about planning future events. Training event costs vary by location, but start as low as $35.00 per ticket. Contact your ambassador and state advisor today for rates and package information. Each individual person will have a part in helping end hunger and obesity when they work with Train 1 Feed 1.
